Participate in cross-domain technology forums and be an ambassador for the Engineering brand, internally and externally.
Partner closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and/or Designer (the 'triad') to define technical requirements and co-own the solution.

Experience successfully working in a Product, Design, and Tech leadership model.
Experience applying Domain Driven Design, TDD, and/or BDD in a commercial setting.
Familiarity with both Document and Relational data persistence models (e.g., PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with Cloud Design patterns, synchronous/asynchronous integration (API/Messaging), and modern Application Security Practices (OWASP).
Relevant Cloud Platform Certifications (e.g., AWS) or a Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of software engineers.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience with AWS CDK / DevOps.
Experience designing and implementing software solutions for scale, ideally for high-traffic or complex applications.
Strong experience working in Agile environments and practical understanding of engineering best practices, including shift-left testing.
Deep, hands-on expertise in backend development, specifically with Python and/or TypeScript, for building distributed, mission-critical services.
Experience with a major Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) and implementing modern DevOps practices and CI/CD.
Exposure to React or other modern web frontend frameworks, or experience with the Swift/iOS app ecosystem.
