The candidate will work with worldwide design and architecture teams on front‑end design, emphasizing flow development, synthesis, and timing. All aspects of front‑end design, including rapid evolution of new generations, will be involved.
- Design and integrate silicon technology for AI/ML and cloud Ethernet/IP switching.
- Develop and maintain flow, synthesis, and timing constraints for new designs.

Required qualifications include a BSEE with 12+ years (or MSEE with 10+ years) of industry experience, strong background in flow development, synthesis constraints, and STA, as well as scripting/automation skills in Python or Perl. Strong communication, documentation, self‑starter attitude, and teamwork are also essential.
