Minimum of 3 years of production supervisory experience in high and low-volume environments where multiple shifts of operation were in play.
Demonstrated track record of lean manufacturing leadership, sustained improvements, and KPI attainment.
Minimum four-year college degree in a technical discipline or commensurate experience.
