The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers.

Production & Assembly of Inverters.
Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management
Design circuits with the help of Matlab
Build Team and Service Network across India
Physical visit on Sites for Service of Products
Provide Customer Service timely
Testing & repairing of Solar Inverters PCB
Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner
Serve as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
Testing & repairing of Lithium Batteries
Site Surveys for New Projects Installations
Ensure Quality check of All Products
Maintain Proper records of service calls on Google sheet/Excel/CRM
Production & Assembly of Solar Inverters & Lithium Batteries
Handling customer Queries & Provide Technical support on call.

Requirements

Design structure & SLD with the help of Autocad/sketchup
Rigorous follow-up and Skills to handle Customer Queries
Preferred Btech/ITI/Diploma/Graduate/
Good Knowledge of Power Electronics/Electrical/Electronics
Great communication skills, fluency in both English & Hindi
An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 3 years
