Tasks

The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers. -Production & Assembly of Inverters. -Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management -Design circuits with the help of Matlab -Build Team and Service Network across India -Physical visit on Sites for Service of Products -Provide Customer Service timely -Testing & repairing of Solar Inverters PCB -Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner -Serve as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction -Testing & repairing of Lithium Batteries -Site Surveys for New Projects Installations -Ensure Quality check of All Products -Maintain Proper records of service calls on Google sheet/Excel/CRM -Production & Assembly of Solar Inverters & Lithium Batteries -Handling customer Queries & Provide Technical support on call.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Design structure & SLD with the help of Autocad/sketchup -Rigorous follow-up and Skills to handle Customer Queries -Preferred Btech/ITI/Diploma/Graduate/ -Good Knowledge of Power Electronics/Electrical/Electronics -Great communication skills, fluency in both English & Hindi -An attitude to get things done, willing to work minimum 3 years
