- Process requests for new items.
- Work with vendors to get items expedited as necessary.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, parts needed for projects.
- Shipping and Receiving of parts or materials.
- Maintain a rotating stock, assess inventory for critical parts.
- Assist in locating and/or picking parts and materials.
- Determine best pricing for restocking parts.
- Work with Purchasing Department to process orders.
- Work flexible hours to support production and maintenance.
- Maintain Store Room inventory through Maximo computer based system.
- Work with Maintenance to determine proper stocking levels and adjust as necessary.
- Receive and verify incoming parts and supplies.
- Maintain work area in a safe and orderly manner.
- Create PR’s for purchasing stock.
- Perform inventory/cycle counts.
- Distribute and stock parts to proper locations.
- Audit and correct for documentation errors or create new as needed.
- Create vendor relationships that provide the best service for company.

- Ability to drive a propane forklift, reach truck and electric pallet lift.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a storeroom, coordinating/management of a storeroom, or working in procurement.
- Associate’s degree in business or technology field.
- Must be able to lift 60+ pounds.
