You will own Google Ads end-to-end from account structure and keyword intent to tracking, optimisation, and performance decisions. More importantly, you will be accountable for lead quality, not just volume.

We are looking for a senior Google Ads professional who understands Dubai real estate at a ground level. Buyer intent, off-plan cycles, long consideration journeys, and the reality of what sales teams can and cannot close.
Constant alignment between
- Performance Max for property demand
- Selective Display and YouTube where intent layering makes sense
- Deep understanding of Dubai buyer psychology, off plan versus ready property funnels, and long sales cycles.
- Ownership of the tracking stack
- Experience working inside a Dubai brokerage or developer ecosystem.
- Understanding of CRM logic, lead scoring, and qualification frameworks.
- Ability to diagnose performance issues beyond surface metrics.
- Conversion rates from click to lead to qualified conversation
- Experience with YouTube demand generation for high-ticket assets.
- Experience managing high-budget, high-volume accounts with real sales impact.
- Google Tag Manager
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience focused exclusively on Dubai real estate lead generation.
