In this role you will support supply chain management and production planning at OEM sites, make detailed observations, gather and analyze part and process data, and close engineering questions and non‑conformances. You will monitor MRP tools, production schedules, shop‑floor WIP, and delivery commitments, while identifying bottlenecks, conducting gap analysis, creating mitigation plans, and tracking action items to resolution. Additionally, you will build positive, customer‑facing relationships with engineers, buyers, and program managers, conduct part transition planning and verification, and produce documentation, reports, and improved work instructions.

The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain management, production planning, quality, or operations, with shop‑floor exposure preferred. Strong relationship‑building and teamwork skills are essential, as is proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems and the ability to convey shortage status to both operational and executive audiences.
The position offers a pay range of $28.85‑$30.29 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan), and is an on‑site role in Rocky Mount, NC requiring personal transportation, the ability to lift up to 40 lb, and U.S. citizenship. No travel is required.
