
Working under the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist is a representative of the human resources department that assists in all HR functions and programs. HR Generalist assists in matters related to employment, payroll, and employee relations. Their work is often focused on recruiting applicants, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and orienting new hires in relation to policies, procedures and benefits. Other duties include benefit administration and employee retention.
In order to achieve success in this role, you must possess a wide variety of social skills including workplace professionalism, honesty, integrity, good manners, and a positive attitude.
