• Data management and ongoing operations data review;
• Authoring reports and permit applications;

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in water and wastewater treatment projects; water treatment facility development experience, including, but not limited to
• Ability to interface with clients, network, and develop business;
• Experience with budgetary cost estimates and project budgeting;
• B.S. in applicable engineering field; advanced degree a plus; P.E. in Texas
• Troubleshooting / upset response
• Operations experience with
• WWTP performance evaluations, audits, optimization;
• Ability to attract, hire, and develop staff to build a water/wastewater practice;
• Operator training and Texas Water Operator’s license(s)
