Production Laborer:

Description

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and safety.
• Operate small hand tools, chop saw, punch press, overhead crane, etc.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Handle materials and components with precision, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the production process.
• Assist in the assembly and production of windows according to established specifications and guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to achieve daily and weekly production targets.
• Operate and maintain various machinery and equipment in adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform meticulous quality checks on finished products to identify any defects or imperfections.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Maintain high level of accuracy in all aspects of work assignments
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Ability to read a tape measure and complete basic numerical calculations
• High school diploma or equivalent
