The Asset Management and Sustainability area develops policies, strategies and investment plans for Ireland’s water infrastructure, drives the sustainability agenda and leads environmental regulation and compliance.
The Chief Technical Advisory team supports technical excellence, policy implementation and asset‑management capabilities across the organisation. Reporting to the Asset Management Development Technical Manager, the Asset Management System (AMS) Analyst will implement and maintain the ISO 55001‑based asset management system, assist with policy development and liaise with business units to define system requirements.
The role involves day‑to‑day support for the AMS, governance model definition, fostering a culture of asset‑management practice, change management, training, documentation framework development and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance with legislation and the integrated management system.
General duties include collaboration with internal stakeholders, promoting health‑and‑safety standards across Uisce Éireann and its supply chain, supporting the Transformation Programme, and complying with information‑security policies and the NIS Directive.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in water, utilities or a related sector, knowledge of whole‑life asset management and ISO 55000 systems, and experience in document development, governance frameworks and stakeholder partnership. A relevant third‑level qualification, proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, SharePoint and Power BI are also desirable.
