- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with scripting languages and APIs.
- Experience with OCR, machine learning, or AI integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in one or more RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong understanding of process mapping and workflow design.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer).
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
