We are looking for a Guest Services Assistant who will consistently deliver high‑level service, provide a positive experience to guests, and support both the Guest Support Centre and face‑to‑face interactions within our centres. The role involves communicating comprehensive information, resolving enquiries, and assisting the centre team with administrative, marketing and operational duties to create memorable experiences for guests, retailers and the community.
This is a casual position requiring a minimum of two days per week, with the possibility of up to five days during busy periods. The schedule offers flexibility to match your availability while supporting the centre’s operational needs.
