Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive presentations that can be utilised across the Portland Design team.
Collaborate with strategists and designers to create intuitive interfaces for digital touchpoints.
Ensure all designs are consistent, accessible, and optimised for performance.
Provides assistance throughout the design process under routine guidance; contributes to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and Living Design.
Develop motion graphics, animations, and video content to support brand storytelling and brand activations.
Proactively asks questions and expresses a curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
Work closely with project teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and spatial concepts.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary design team to deliver creative solutions aligned with the project strategy and design drivers.
Edit and optimise video and audio content for various media platforms.
Participates in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups.
Develop engaging assets for clients and internal communication assets such as presentations, websites, social media, and digital experiences.
Stay ahead of trends in customer experience design, digital signage, and interactive media.

Utilising strong visual and illustrative skills, coupled with animation ability to continue to support and strengthen team output.
Familiarity with digital signage systems and retail technology platforms [preferred].
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate ideas and thoughts in a way that inspires others.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) [required].
Understanding of UX/UI principles and interactive design [required].
Degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field.
Strong time management and organisational ability.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for interactive media [preferred].
Experience with 3D visualization or AR/VR content creation [preferred].
Strong skills in motion graphics and video editing.
Ability to visualise concepts within physical spaces and adapt designs for large-scale displays.
