Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer

Overview

Provide PPM and reactive maintenance of building services across commercial sites in Reading.

Tasks

-Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and site representatives. -Maintain site documentation to required standards for audits and compliance. -Carry out PPMs on building services systems in line with agreed schedules and SLA requirements. -Supervise subcontractor works where required, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. -Undertake reactive maintenance and repairs with minimal supervision. -Support the team in providing 24/7 service delivery, including participation in the out-of-hours call-out rota. -Ensure all works are completed safely in accordance with risk assessments, method statements, and company H&S policies.

What You Bring

-Experience with CHP, Biomass, or Air Conditioning systems. -Familiarity with Safe Systems of Work procedures (PTW, RAMS). -Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, water treatment, and BMS systems. -Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. -Proven ability to complete reactive repairs independently. -Experience carrying out PPMs to SFG20 or equivalent standards. -IOSH Working or Managing Safely certification. -Skilled across at least two building services disciplines (electrical/mechanical/fabric). -L8 Training.
