Collaborate with the wider village management team to uphold exceptional service standards
Continually evaluate and improve event outcomes and community services
Promote resident engagement through tailored communication and relationship-building
Lead a varied, inclusive program of activities and events aligned with resident interests and wellbeing
Build strong connections with local partners, volunteers, and service providers
Support the hospitality team in delivering events that enhance the village experience
Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and community stakeholders
Welcome and support new residents to ensure a smooth transition into the community

3+ years' experience delivering excellent customer service or community engagement

Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends
