Coordinate with councils and permit-granting bodies to ensure compliance with reinstatement and traffic management requirements.
Prepare, submit, and manage all road opening license applications with local authorities.
Maintain records of permits, reinstatement certificates, and associated documentation.
Supervise subcontractors, plant, and material deliveries to ensure efficient workflow.
Report progress and potential risks or delays to the Project Manager.
Oversee and coordinate daily civil works activities on multiple sites.
Assist with resolving any technical or quality-related issues on site.
Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Maintain accurate daily records, including progress reports, site diaries, and photographs.
Enforce company and ESB safety procedures, ensuring a zero-incident culture on site.
Liaise with ESB representatives, clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Support project handover documentation and as-built records

Knowledge of ESB specifications and safety standards desirable would be beneficial.

Proficiency in MS Office and site management tools (e.g., MS Teams, SiteView, or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil supervision, preferably within utility or ESB-related projects.
Experience managing Road Opening Licenses (ROLs) and liaising with local authorities would be beneficial.
Strong understanding of civil construction methods, reinstatement standards, and quality control.
Full, clean driving licence.
