Project Managers monitor, strategise and lead the delivery of construction projects across time, cost and quality parameters. The Cushman & Wakefield Project Management team operate across a variety of sectors, including commercial occupier markets, investor clients and specialist markets such as residential, leisure and hospitality. The role of the Project Manager is to lead the project from inception through to completion, managing the project team assembly, design development and coordination, contractor procurement and construction delivery across a range of new build, refurbishment and fit out schemes.
During your time on the Project Management Graduate Pathway, you will be given experience across all lifecycle stages of the project and will be put in both client facing and project administrative roles. This is a non-rotational pathway, meaning you will remain in the same division for the length of the graduate programme. The graduate programme will provide the tools and support required to sit your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become an RICS accredited Project Manager.
