Initiate and develop new sourcing opportunities to boost business efficiency.
Co-develop and implement an ambitious sourcing strategy for material and area in a highly competitive environment.

Financial principles and basic understanding of logistics.
Suppliers’ sites visiting (waste management facilities), require regular travelling across the country and will include working with the complexity of business models
Basic understanding of glass recycling technologies & waste management systems.
At least 3 years of commercial or management experience in the waste management industry.
Relevant experience in glass recycling and sourcing, or other packaging recycling (paper, plastic).
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel regularly across the country for supplier site visits.
Business or Management degree.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
