Tasks

-Champion and drive business process transformation, using methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, Scrum, Lean or Six Sigma to identify and execute improvement opportunities. -Serve as a key member of the Technology Leadership Team, collaborating closely with the CIO and executive leadership. -Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Product Management and Business Applications team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. -Define and implement application development and integration practices, standards, and tools. -Ensure alignment of technology solutions with enterprise architecture and data management standards, including Master Data Management (MDM). -Manage relationships with external service providers and ensure quality and cost-effective delivery. -Build strong partnerships with business leaders to define a multi-year application roadmap aligned with strategic objectives. -Oversee planning, delivery, and optimization of enterprise applications, including SaaS and cloud-hosted platforms (e.g., Procore, CRM, BI, RPA, iPaaS). -Own project delivery and support activities, including budget management, resource allocation, and vendor governance.

What You Bring

-10+ years of progressive experience in application development and systems integration, with at least 8+ years in a business-facing leadership role. -Budget ownership experience, with strong financial and operational management capabilities. -Proven success delivering Business Intelligence solutions that drive business outcomes. -Proven success managing and growing technical teams, including business analysts and external vendors. -Expertise in web and mobile application development. -Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and enterprise data integration. -Demonstrated experience in the implementation of project/development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). -Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred. -Deep understanding of process improvement frameworks (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Lean, Six Sigma). -Strong background in the delivery of enterprise applications, preferably within complex, multi-business-unit environments. -Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
