What You Bring

-Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel -High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills -Experience with JDEGS or similar software is desirable -Able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to shared goals -Sound data entry and keyboard skills -Year 12 or higher education -Current 'C' Class Driver’s Licence -Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, coordination and/or customer service. -Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain -Good understanding of computers, mobile devices, and other technology products -Previous experience in a high call volume or multidisciplinary service desk environment is advantageous -Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
