Key duties include preparing market‑ready apartments through painting, carpet cleaning or repair, general repairs, and housekeeping, as well as promptly completing resident service requests. The supervisor must be knowledgeable in plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, painting, caulking, snow removal, and life‑safety issues, while maintaining grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks clean and safe.
The position requires working any shift from Sunday to Saturday, safely handling cleaning agents and equipment, performing basic math calculations, and maintaining a valid driver’s license with CPO certification if required. An EPA 608 Type II certification and adherence to all Cushman & Wakefield safety policies are also mandatory.
Applicants should have a high school diploma, GED, or trade/technical education, along with at least three years of related maintenance experience. Required certifications include EPA 608 Type II or an equivalent local certificate.
