Develop and implement strategies to optimize long-term utility operations and maintenance

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform utility planning and development decisions
Ensure that utility projects are compliant with local regulations, sustainable practices, and innovative engineering solutions

Experience engaging with government agencies and community stakeholders
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale utility projects from conception to completion i.e. gas farms, district cooling plants, pumping stations, potable water, TSE
Excellent project management skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience in the development and management of utility infrastructure projects, ideally district cooling plants and/or gas farms
Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of utility regulations, standards, and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proficiency in project management software and methodologies
