You read legalese fluently, but you never, ever speak legalese. You enjoy boring your family and friends with your vast knowledge of legal matters that come up in the life of an international group of companies.
For business purposes, proficiency in Mandarin is required, and having knowledge of Japanese is an additional advantage!
You have experience working in a fast-moving, international environment in which no two days are the same. You may need to travel some time, mostly within Asia.
You have excellent judgment, both in business and interpersonal matters, except you like lawyers.
You have a solid legal background with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a legal counsel either in private practice or in-house. You understand what a dynamic organization expects of its legal team and excel in such environments.
The ability to manage different priorities while always staying focused on the bigger goal.
You have a strong commercial mindset. That is, a clear ability place commercial risk in a legal context.
Ideally, you have some experience in industrial equipment, construction or utility projects. If your experience comes from the renewable energy or energy storage sector, we might think you are very fancy indeed.
