The Enterprise Applications Manager defines and drives the strategic direction for enterprise applications, aligning them with IT and business objectives, and anticipates industry trends to identify opportunities. This role leads, mentors, and develops a team of Business Analysts and Application Specialists while building strong relationships with business leaders to create an applications roadmap that supports the company's vision.
The manager oversees the entire application lifecycle—from selection and procurement to customization, implementation, maintenance, and retirement—documents business processes, creates project charters, and ensures execution of the roadmap. They drive change management initiatives, communicate project status to management, and plan and manage enterprise application projects using effective project management techniques.
Performance goals, accountability measures, and service delivery standards are established and refined to ensure the team meets timelines efficiently. The manager also oversees implementation of solutions from inception to completion and manages relationships with IT delivery partners and contracts.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000‑$175,000.
