The role requires hands‑on fabrication and welding, reading shop drawings and producing components accordingly. The employee will work on both shop floor projects and on‑site field tasks, handling structural steel, pipe, and high‑pressure installations using a variety of welding techniques.
Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with two years of specialized technical training preferred, or comparable experience. Prior welding experience, the ability to interpret technical documents, and proficiency in SMAW and oxy‑acetylene are essential, while knowledge of GMAW and CAC‑A certification is a plus. Applicants must be able to work independently or as part of a team, be fluent in English, and clear background, credit, and drug/alcohol screenings.
