Review and planning of water, stormwater, roadway, and wastewater infrastructure improvements, and understanding of sustainable design elements as they relate to water and energy conservation and efficiency.
Complete general civil engineering services for municipal, county and state clients.
Studies and design of wastewater system rehabilitation.
Detailed design of potable water and wastewater pipelines, drainage systems, hydraulic studies, pumping stations, pavement, and local roadways.
Preparing potable water, stormwater, roadway, and wastewater master planning reports.
Assist with construction engineering services for municipal, county and state clients.
Assist other project engineers and managers as needed during project delivery.
Traffic studies and design of roadway pavement condition and rehabilitation, widening, improvements, etc.
Performing analyses using Geographic Information System (GIS) tools.

Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman service area (own transportation).
Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of projects.
4-year B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum grade point average of 3.0.
E.I.T (Engineer in Training) License.
Strong verbal, computer, organizational, and writing skills.
Hydraulic and hydrologic modeling designs for drainage basins, water quality improvement and stormwater collection systems.
