IT Manager

Description

• Develop and enforce cybersecurity standards, data protection policies, and compliance protocols.
• Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and cloud environments.
• Partner with leadership to define long-term IT strategy supporting innovation and operational scalability.
• Lead IT budgeting, procurement, and asset management processes.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, and business software integrations, ensuring functionality and alignment with workflow needs.
• Manage user access, help desk operations, and vendor relationships. Plan and execute system upgrades, maintenance schedules, and business continuity strategies.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve productivity and cross-department collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 in management or supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure management, and data governance.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and enterprise software management.
• Experience implementing ERP or CRM systems within manufacturing or technology organizations.
