  • Identify, track, and resolve mechanical interface issues, coordinating with Design, Electrical, Thermal, and Supplier teams.
  • Support Virtual Series (VS) and physical prototype builds, providing feedback for design refinement.
  • Lead hardware integration for vehicle charging systems – on-board chargers, connectors, harnesses, brackets, and cooling interfaces.
  • Ensure compatibility of charging hardware with HV battery, BIW, chassis, and body structures.
  • Support mechanical packaging, thermal management, EMC, and safety compliance.
  • Report integration status, risks, and mitigations to programme leadership.
  • Develop and maintain interface control documents (ICDs), mechanical specifications, and integration test plans.
  • Conduct integration reviews and prototype validation to ensure physical fit, accessibility, and manufacturability.
