Description

The superintendent will manage subcontractor performance, develop and track CPM schedules, oversee construction budgets and safety programs, review design documents and shop drawings, assist with material procurement, establish QC programs, value‑engineer projects, and communicate effectively with the project team. Travel to project sites may be required.

Requirements

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Electrical Superintendent for its national Mission Critical team, seeking candidates with 10+ years of on‑site project management experience in mission‑critical/data‑center electrical work. Preferred qualifications include leadership of project teams, strong BIM/CAD knowledge, familiarity with current building codes, experience creating and managing MS Project schedules, and a self‑motivated, inclusive work style.
