We are looking for a part‑time Maintenance Technician who will help ensure safe, clean, and well‑maintained living spaces for our residents. The role requires flexibility to respond to maintenance emergencies, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of an on‑call rotation.

Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs.
Diagnose and fix HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical issues.
Maintain interior and exterior common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Perform minor carpentry, painting, appliance repairs and general upkeep.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Supervise and train junior maintenance staff when needed.
Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance supplies.
Keep accurate maintenance records and reports.

High school diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred.
Minimum 2 years residential or senior‑housing maintenance experience.

Relevant certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, OSHA) a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied conditions.
Valid driver’s license.
