Ensure correct and timely filing of Tax Returns based on specific tax calendars.
Identify and mitigate tax risks.
Manage the tax provision process and supervise tax balances on general ledger.
Build relationships and interact with stakeholders to provide tax advisory expertise on business transactions and acquisitions.
Manage the implementation of the Group Tax strategy from a planning, compliance, and risk management perspective.
Manage tax audits in collaboration with Business and external advisers.
Ensure that Transfer Pricing Regulations are adhered to and ensure that transfer pricing documentation is maintained.
Identify tax planning opportunities within the limits of tax risk management.
The International Tax Manager is responsible for managing tax planning, risk, and compliance for the Al-Futtaim Group on a global scale. The role involves implementing the Group Tax strategy, including ownership of tax planning, compliance, transfer pricing, tax accounting, and documentation. The manager works closely with businesses, service providers, and other tax professionals, particularly within the Group's tax and finance management, to ensure effective tax strategy execution.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
8-10 years of experience in an international tax environment, with industry experience regarded as a plus.
Strong knowledge of MENA tax regulations is mandatory.
Proficiency in tax technical skills and tax accounting.
High motivation, energy, and attention to detail in work effort.
Certified in Tax, Finance, or Accounting fields.
Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
