Work closely with key departmental stakeholders including Corporate Workplace, IT, ESG, and Smart Building teams to ensure development solutions meet business needs.
Facilitate design coordination between architects, engineers, and specialist consultants to achieve design quality and compliance
Provide detailed input across Office BU internal reporting streams including N-1 Reporting, Stage Gates, DevCo and PCG reporting
Develop and manage project briefs, ensuring they reflect functional, design, and operational requirements
Maintain clear communication across departments and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners
Support the development of internal reporting materials, including progress, risk, and financial updates.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of office development projects, ensuring alignment with scope, time, budget, and quality targets
Oversee all project phases, including feasibility, design, approvals, procurement, construction, fit-out, commissioning, and handover
Support the procurement of contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with corporate and governance requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between office development projects and broader organizational objectives
Development of detailed Stage Gate documentation deliverables, with particular focus on Stage Gates 2 through 5; Development Brief, Concept Design, Schematic Design and Dedtailed Design.
Build strong working relationships with consultants, contractors, and key internal stakeholders
Ensure all development activities comply with governance, probity, and value-for-money principles.
Support the Development Director in monitoring project progress, reporting key milestones, and resolving delivery issues
Monitor project expenditure and ensure strong cost control, transparency, and reporting
Coordinate and manage the performance of external consultants, designers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and contractors
Hands-on development management capability, ensuring disciplined control of time, cost, and quality
Assist in the preparation of feasibility models, project budgets, forecasts, and business cases for approval
Review and manage design deliverables across all stages, ensuring they meet cost, time, and constructability objectives

Tertiary qualifications in Development, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience and exposure to large-scale integrated development programs highly regarded
Demonstrated experience across all project phases — feasibility, design management, procurement, and construction delivery
Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of sustainability, technology, accessibility, and health and safety standards
Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage risks and resolve technical challenges
Integrity and accountability in financial and operational decision-making
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels
Professional certifications in project or development management (e.g., PMP, RICS, PRINCE2) are advantageous but not essential
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and procurement activities
May require business travel within the GCC region and other international destinations (subject to project requirements)
Resilience, adaptability, and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong understanding of commercial office building design, services strategy, and delivery processes
Primarily Riyadh / Qiddiya City based with regular attendance at project sites, consultant offices, and workshops
Requires flexibility to engage cross-functional teams across various stages of planning and implementation and consultants who may not be within the region.
Knowledge of ESG and sustainability frameworks (LEED, Green Star, BREEAM, etc.) required
Knowledge of Smart Building Technologies in relation to Office Buildings will be advantageous
Bachelor degree in Real estate development, Commerce (Finance) or any related engineering field
