The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager by administering, directing, and coordinating the activities of field supervisory personnel within the operations division. This position reports directly to the Project Manager and is accountable for ensuring effective project execution.
- Distribute drawing and design revisions and bulletins to the Project Manager, supervisors, and all trades.
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for project operations.
- Support the project closeout process.
- Represent the company in negotiations with owners.
- Maintain and distribute project meeting minutes.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager.
- Perform basic estimating, take‑offs, and solicit quotes.

- Must understand industry practices and trends, and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
