Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Develop automation solutions using Python to streamline processes and dataflows that may connect to Microsoft or Google products (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate, GCP, etc.).
Utilize RPA tools (such as Power Automate and Python) to automate repetitive tasks.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation business process automations.
Integrate APIs to enable seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions optimizing performance and resolving issues as needed utilizing root-cause analysis.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies in automation, AI, and digital transformation.
Implement AI-driven solutions including large language models (LLMs) and other artificial intelligence-based solutions, to enhance automation capabilities.
Team members are expected to maintain a dedicated and ergonomically appropriate remote workspace.

The physical activities of this position include frequent sitting, telephone communication, and working on a computer for extended periods. Visual acuity is required to perform activities close to the eyes.
Bachelor’s degree OR 6 months of successful experience in another role within ConstructConnect OR demonstrable skills or 2+ years of experience in a related field.
Experience working with APIs and consuming API
Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of data processing and ETL workflows.
Familiarity with AI/ML models and their application in automation workflows.
All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.
1-3 years of proven experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer with demonstrable experience with Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps preferred.
Understanding of SQL and database management.
Knowledge of RPA tools (Power Automate, Selenium, Beautiful Soup).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
