Perform engineering activities to support planning, designing, construction, maintenance, inspection and alteration of highways, bridges, tunnels, and transportation system projects.

Experience planning, design, inspection and modification phases of projects.
Valid US Driver’s License required, as a condition of employment must pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review.
Current Virginia Professional Engineer license
Communicate verbally and in writing in English with staff, clients and public.
Previous experience with USACE projects
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of applications, Bentley MicroStation, Openroads and ProjectWise software applications.
Previous staff management experience
Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.
Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
BA/BS + 6 years of recent, relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Experience with AASHTO and VDOT transportation design policies and guidelines.
PE license in Maryland or the ability to obtain reciprocity in the DC - Metro regional states
