Use machines, power, and hand tools, including their designs, repair, and operator-level maintenance. This equipment will include exhaust units, respirators, robotic paint equipment, cranes, and hoist equipment
Appropriately dispose of hazardous waste.
Conduct 6S audits and safety walks.

Remove accessories from equipment and mask surfaces with tape or paper to protect them from paint as required.
Monitor painting operations to identify flaws, such as blisters or streaks, and correct their causes.
Mix paints to match specifications, stirring or thinning paints, and using spatulas or power mixing equipment.
Remove grease, dirt, paint, or rust from vehicle surfaces in preparation for paint application, using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters.
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers or power equipment using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths.

3+ years experience in painting similar materials
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for improving the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Lean Manufacturing – Knowledge of basic lean principles and techniques for optimizing processes and eliminating waste.
Must be able to pass a basic painting skills test successfully
