-Maintain training and assessment resources and documentation to meet regulatory requirements -Provide solutions and advice around student support and progress -Respond to frontline requests and queries related to RTO and Apprenticeship training -Monitor and action the RTO inbox promptly and efficiently

What You Bring

-Ability to provide administrative support while offering leadership guidance -Highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills -Experience using a Training Management System and working within an RTO/training environment -Working knowledge of the VET sector and RTO operations -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
