You will co-lead a team of other design team members to help mentor and guide them.
Your day-to-day will consist of technical detailing; review, analysis, and application of building codes and industry standards; cause and origin assessments; testing protocols; and assessment of existing building problems, big and small.
You will work with existing and new buildings, waterproofing, building envelope, and other architectural elements.

Willing and capable of some occasional travel when needed
Proficient in Sketchup, Bluebeam Studio and practical experience with Revit a plus.
Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
Experience with detailing building envelope & waterproofing projects with an investigative and inquisitive personality
NCARB certified, Licensed Architect desired, Licensed in California a plus
8 to 15 years of Architectural experience involving design development and construction administration phases
