Valid driver's license and ability to travel to regional job sites.
Must be able to safely use hand and power tools.
Deep understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes and the interaction of civil, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Primarily field-based on active construction sites and operating plants.
Skilled in field documentation, RFIs, and coordination with design engineers.
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
Must be able to inspect details at close range, interact, communicate, and exchange accurate information consistently.
Must be able to retain a stationary position for extended periods of time occasionally depending on the task.
Consistently works in outdoor weather conditions.
Proven leadership of self-perform concrete and piping crews.
Experience managing subcontractors in electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation trades.
Must be able to move material up to 50 lbs. frequently.
Frequent walking, climbing, and work on uneven surfaces; ability to lift 50 lbs.
Regular exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, and process-related hazards.
Strong planning and sequencing abilities for equipment installations, pipe runs, and shutdown coordination.
