Strong communication and technical writing skills
At least 8 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or regulatory work.
B.S. or M.S. in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related fiele.
Expertise in completing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with ASTM International Standard Practice E1527-21 “Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I ESA Process”
Ability to interpret site plans and physical setting maps
Knowledge of Ohio’s Voluntary Action Program (VAP) and Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR) rules, regulations, and guidance.
