Understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and permitting processes.
Municipal stormwater experience in Texas.

Proficiency in engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Open Roads, Stormwater Modeling, and GIS).
Experience working independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Proven experience in stormwater management and infrastructure projects.
Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
