Build and develop relationships with sales, engineering, operations, and finance to manage product life cycles and on-going demand;
Provide oversight over warehouse and warehouse personnel; directly manage warehouse manager and indirectly manage warehouse staff;
Develop and manage inventory strategies across the supply chain to achieve business objectives.
Maintain, communicate, and improve Supply Chain
Assist with setting and evaluating Safety Stock and Inventory levels to satisfy internal manufacturing and external part sales requirements;
Continually develop expertise in Supply Chain team to
Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities across the supply base and all material groups;
Drive consistency and efficiency in managing and controlling material and tooling needs (incorporation of barcoding, vending, check-in / check-out, etc.).
Identify and qualify new suppliers to mitigate supply risk and ensure supply chain flexibility;
Verify that all logistics to and from facility are managed
Resolve service issues with transportation companies;
Ensure compliance with domestic and international
Lead negotiation of supplier contracts and management of vendors to ensure price, volume, quality and delivery criteria are met;
Improve effectiveness of our ERP system;
Establish, implement and ensure compliance of supply
Build and develop relationships with key suppliers, collaborating where possible to improve costs, quality and responsiveness;
Review and approve Purchase Orders.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; Previous experience with an ERP/MRP system is required;

At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain role.
