B. S. Civil Engineering degree from an accredited university.
Must have effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to market and pursue projects with new and existing clients. Initially, the Senior Project Engineer will be assigned to a facility (40-60%).
10 + years of CEI experience on transportation projects serving as a project engineer, 2+ years of which must include major road and/or bridge construction projects, or 5+ of which must include major bridge construction projects.
