The Senior Sales Manager will manage a portfolio of new homes developments for key client accounts. They will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of market-leading sales & marketing strategy; the implementation of agreed strategy to include target setting and KPI monitoring; client reporting and analytics; and team management.
- Client leadership – build and manage long-term relationships with key clients acting as their trusted advisor and overseeing a team that delivers client targets.
- Team leadership – provide guidance and mentorship to sales negotiators and sales support staff, ensuring team performance and professional development.
- Governance & Reporting – ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management, with full accountability for client deliverables.
- Collaboration – work closely with all stakeholder groups to include internal and external marketing teams, legal advisors, and other Savills departments to deliver seamless client service.
- Brand Representation – represent Savills at industry events to include client functions, enhancing the firm’s profile in the new homes sector.
- Market expertise – provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and reporting to clients, ensuring Savills maintains its position as a market leader in the sector.
- Strategic input – advise clients on design, unit mix, floorplans, and pricing strategies, ensuring schemes are optimised for market success.
- Business development – Identify, pitch, and secure new instructions from both existing and prospective clients, supporting the continued growth of the department.
- End-to-End project management – lead new homes projects from pitch to launch, including strategy development, pricing advice, marketing coordination, sales delivery, reporting and analytics.

Following a period of significant partnership growth working with Ireland’s leading builders and developers, Savills is looking for an experienced new homes specialist to join their leading New Homes department. This is a senior client-facing role responsible for ensuring exceptional client relationship management is delivered and that business growth is maintained.
The successful candidate will have extensive professional experience (min. 15-years) in the residential new homes industry having held positions in residential sales agency and within a commercial developer/construction company. They will possess excellent communication and reporting skills.
The SSM will combine excellent commercial acumen with the ability to inspire, lead and mentor their team members. They will have a proven track record in delivering results to all stakeholder groups - internal and external – in a fast paced and agile environment.

The team possesses a unique depth of knowledge, offering sales and marketing advice across all types of new homes sales, customer experience (CX) for both developer clients and new homes buyers, and property marketing expertise.
- Exceptional presentation, reporting, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong track record of working on the client side with developers, managing projects from concept through to sales delivery
- A collaborative team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and deliver profitable business strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team.
- PRSA licence.
- Proven experience at senior level (Associate Director / Divisional Director) within the new homes or residential development sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales databases.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
