The Customer Care Specialist is accountable for on‑time delivery, profit and loss, and customer satisfaction, acting as the primary contact throughout each order. This role develops close relationships with customers, end users and partners to understand needs and resolve specification and commercial issues, while leading formal order and project management activities across engineering, procurement, finance and other functions.
- Own on‑time delivery, profit & loss, and customer satisfaction as primary contact for each order.
- Build strong relationships with customers, end users and partners to clarify needs and resolve specification/commercial issues.
- Apply formal order/project management methods, create robust plans with cross‑functional teams, lead meetings and manage risks.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, finance and other departments to execute projects.
- Collaborate with commercial functions to prepare proposals and design solutions meeting technical, commercial and delivery requirements.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, manage budgets, negotiate change orders and address margin variances.
- Track on‑time delivery, sales margin, customer feedback scores and ensure proper project close‑out using SAP, Microsoft Project and Alfresco.

Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering—preferably Chemical or Mechanical—and bring at least ten years of relevant experience, ideally in control valves, oil‑and‑gas, power‑plant or chemical environments. Prior experience in order fulfillment and customer‑facing positions is required.
