Maintain and track sales funnel activities, ensuring data accuracy within CRM systems
Collaborate with sales representatives, operations, and engineering to ensure customer requirements are met
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
Analyze firm level specification data, identify and communicate conversion opportunities to Regional Sales Managers and Sales Reps. Track projects for conversion confirmation. Build pipeline of active design projects to target Zurn Elkay new product specifications.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with commercial and operational standards
Lead weekly specification and funnel review meetings, collaborate with Sales Reps to optimize funnel progression and identify barriers. Collect and analyze feedback from Regional Sales Managers on funnel quality and lead effectiveness.
Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations to inform sales leadership
Own the start-to-finish quotation process including review, preparation, and submission of quotes
Identify and qualify leads using Dodge Pipeline, IRR, and other lead generation tools
