What you would be doing

- Scope, plan, budget, and manage projects from proposal through delivery so clients stay happy and targets are met.
- Work closely with junior team members — mentor, review work, elevate the whole group.
- Lead and own multi-disciplinary air quality compliance & permitting projects: emissions inventories, regulatory audits, GHG reporting, operating & NSR permits, etc.
- Grow the business: help shaping project strategies, building client relationships, spotting new opportunities.
- Negotiate with regulators, prepare technical reports, do field work and emissions modeling (if you’ve got that in your skill set).

- Deep understanding of air quality regulations — state & federal (Clean Air Act, EPA & Texas-level permitting).
- Strong communicator, analytical, able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Self-starter vibe: comfortable leading, but also working with a team and contributing hands-on.
- ~5+ years experience in air quality compliance & permitting + project management.
