Participate in MEPF preconstruction meetings, design review sessions, and subcontractor coordination calls.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of MEPF documentation, including permits, inspection reports, meeting minutes, and manufacturer data.
Lead the review and processing of MEPF submittals, including ensuring timely responses and distribution to relevant parties.
Track and update MEPF-related logs in Procore (e.g., submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and equipment deliveries).
Participate in MEPF BIM coordination meetings, track conflicts log, and follow through resolving all conflicts.
Track material and equipment deliveries / long lead items to be in alignment with schedule. Perform weekly updates to procurement log.
Support the project team with quality control, compliance tracking, and field coordination for MEPF scopes.
Assist with the identification and resolution of conflicts between MEPF systems and architectural/structural elements using coordination drawings and clash detection tools.
Develop working knowledge of contract documents, MEPF scopes of work, and shop drawings to support field coordination and design compliance.
Assist in the close-out process for MEPF systems, including compiling O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built documentation.
Monitor and help coordinate field inspections, commissioning activities, and testing & balancing for MEPF systems.
Assist the MEPF Project Manager and field supervisory staff in coordinating and managing MEPF trades to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Eagerness to learn MHC processes and collaborate as an integral part of the project team.
Ability to visit job sites as needed to support field coordination, typically weekly or as project demands require.
Strong experience with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam is preferred.
Experience with or willingness to learn Procore, Timberline, Microsoft Excel/Word, and P6 or other scheduling software.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Working knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or Fire Protection systems preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in coordinating across design, field, and trade teams.
