Salesforce Administrator

IKO North America manufactures roofing, insulation, and waterproofing products.
Salesforce Administrator responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust solutions on Salesforce platforms and contributing to the execution of CRM vision in accordance with IT roadmap.
Develop test scenarios for release upgrades / patches
Participate in process review, requirement gathering sessions and contribute as a Salesforce admin SME
Perform Proof of concepts and present interesting features to the IT team
Work with managed package partners to review upgrades, troubleshoot issues, evaluate new features
Propose solutions to business requirements using Salesforce capabilities
Prepare and perform data migration using standard tools such as Data Loader
Daily administration and support of our Salesforce implementation including but not limited to: user setup, object / data model updates, process automations
Create and maintain support documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures / How To documents / incident resolution documents
Review Salesforce releases to keep updated on the latest iterations of the products
Provide L2, L3 support for ongoing operational projects

Experience working with integration teams for connection setup and troubleshooting
Experience in the implementation and administration of AppExchange products

Experience with Copado, Github / Bitbucket or equivalent Devops tools
Experience working with logs and POSTMAN to perform basic troubleshooting of issues
Familiarity with Apex, Aura, LWC is a plus
Must have 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administrator experience in one or more of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud and overall 7+ years of experience
Experience in Account Engagement (Pardot) and Marketing Cloud is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Experience working with the Salesforce Mobile app
